Eden Solomon is from Montreal. She studied at l’École supérieure de ballet du Québec before
completing the Arts Umbrella graduate program in 2016, under the direction of Artemis Gordon.
During her training, she had the honour and opportunity to perform works and excerpts by
Crystal Pite, Sharon Eyal, Tom Weinberger and Marie Chouinard. Eden has participated in
intensives at Arts Umbrella and the San Francisco Conservatory of Dance, and attended the
New York Gaga Intensive where she worked with Ohad Naharin and members of the Batsheva
Dance Company. As a freelancer in Vancouver, Eden has worked with several choreographers,
including Lesley Telford (Inverso Productions, 2016-present), Wen Wei Wang (Wen Wei Dance,
2018-present), and performed at Sawdust Collector. During Springboard Danse Montréal in
2018, she performed an excerpt of OCD Love by Sharon Eyal, as well as a new creation by
Micaela Taylor (TL Collective). This is her first season with TWObigsteps.
